- 24h volume >= $5M
- 24h change not below -4%
Neutral
- Does not meet Trending Up criteria
- Does not meet Avoid criteria
- Moderate or mixed signals
Avoid
- 7-day change <= -8%
- OR 24h change <= -10%
- OR high volatility with negative trend
